The Residence offers two types of living solutions:

one room flats with three or four sleeping places double-bed room, kitchenette and bath
two room flat with four or five sleeping places living room with kitchenette, single or double sofa bed, double bed room.

The rooms are placed in two floor buildings; others at ground floor in the with a garden.

All the described types either have a terrace or a private garden and some have a sea-view.

The whole residence is connected by paths among the vegetation and decorated squares with water fountains, benches, brick tables and chairs.

There is a spread flowering in the whole residence.
