The Residence is in Tuscany, in the characteristic whole of the Etruscan Riviera, in Castiglioncello (Livorno) in Fortullino, in a shadowed area, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub not far from the sea (about 150 metres).
The residence is placed in the large park that is full of oaks and pines near the viaduct of the variable Aurelia along the Livorno - Grosseto railway and completely surrounded by a gate.
Access is given only by pedestrian gates and mechanical driveways.
It is on different floors and it has several living solutions.
The maximum capacity of people in the Residence is 220.
Even the typical park fauna is present, with squirrels, blackbirds, robins, chaffinches, magpies, jays, turtledoves...
The near-by Residence beach is typical of the area: pebbly, gravely, sandy, full of rocks and beautiful inlets.
Swimming is permitted in almost all of the beach side.
